I host a french language server on MinecraftServer.net.

First, I was on a VPS host. The performance was very bad for what Minecraft needs. I did not recommend to host Minecraft on a VPS.

On the first days on Minecraftserver.net, I had some lag issues. The staff was was very helpful to help me to find the problem. They connected to my server and they found the problem after they made many tests. Now, my Minecraft server run very well without issue. I never had again a lag problem.

Conclusion : Performance is very good at all time of day. Staff is very helpful (But you have to answer in the ticket system, not in e-mail). You can find a less expensive server but here, you pay for a nice performance. Only 1 downtime in 2 mouths, it was a scheduled maintenance.

I’ve only been on the Minecraft server bandwagon for a couple of months, when I decided to go all in, I chose Minecraftserver.net. It was a very wise choice. 3 months in and I’m not looking back, I’ve renewed for another year!

The customer support I’ve received here is simply amazing. They are very quick off the mark to solve any of my issues.

Happy 1 Year Anniversary MinecraftServer.net

I am a gamer/gamer’s mom that is pretty new to Minecraft. I set up a server here for our family and a few friends. The purchase was smooth, the setup was fast and easy. Just a few minutes later we were playing! When I needed urgent attention last night, the customer support was lightning fast, friendly and helpful. We have only had our server for a few days so I can’t really review it from a long term perspective but for now we are extremely happy with our purchase.

I have been with MinecraftServer.net for a few months now and I must say that it is, hands down, the best I have ever used. Their interface it perfect for anyone to get use to, and those who want to have more control over, say, what JAR files they use (if they want to play the weekly snapshots) all you simply have to do is ask for the functionality. Or if you want complete control, you have the ability to access the console via the in-browser interface, and you can connect to the individual files via an FTP client or with the in-browser.

I am able to quickly and easily back up old maps and start fresh with new adventure maps, new survival maps, or a personally modified map.

I almost never experience lag with my server and if I do, it is because of my end not theirs.

Their customer service is excellent! I have needed to chat with them several times, due to my own inabilities, and every time they are able to fix my problems, answer my questions, or adjust my server to fit my needs quickly and effortlessly.

The are very well priced for the level of service they offer. I have used VPNs that cost much less, but they were always shutting down, lagging out, or simply out of touch, and on top of that it was a pain to update every file one by one via an FTP client.

I am very impressed with this service, and I will continue to use their service for as long as they are in the Minecraft Server Business!

I was looking for a host and luckily found this one. Their support is the awesome. They go out of their way to help you, no matter the issue. The server runs great and we have had no lag or issues. I don’t mind paying a little more, knowing I am getting the awesome support and fabulous performance. I highly recommend them!

I’ve had a server with these guys for a little over a month now and I have had nothing but positive feedback from all my users. I am in central US and have a Netherlands server and have no lag. The prices are amazing, especially since the price drop

Their support is awesome. When I have problems they are always there to help. I moved from another host, which I will not name, but they had very low prices and promised no lag. I stayed there for about 3 weeks once I had about 10 or more players it would lag so bad you couldn’t even play.

Here I have a 30 player server and it is full all of the time with no lag at all.

If you are looking for an inexpensive, fast, and reliable server host then you need to sign up with these guys.

Been using this service over 3 months, after switching from a different hosting. Customer service and support is phenomenal.

I’m *extremely* non-technical, but the control panel is easy and intuitive, website is navigable & understandable with the FAQ and Forums growing into something better. My players & I have been disconnected only once, never after a maintence/update/upgrade on Minecraftserver’s end. Twice in 3 months have encountered graphics lag, which was corrected by a reboot.

Communication/customer service is OUTSTANDING. Best I’ve encountered in any computing environment. Don’t plan on ever switching services again!

Being new to minecraft, I was a bit hesitant on what to expect and what was needed. After looking at the minecraft forums for a hoster, I decided to contact minecraftserver.net via their live chat. I have to say, that doing so, was one of the best moves I have made. The support was amazing. They answered my questions, asked me questions about what I wanted/expected and guided me in the right direction regarding a plan that was perfect for me.

Since that time, I have had nothing but a positive experience with the company. My server is running great, no lag, and we are having so much fun. I cannot say enough positive things about minecraftserver.net

Support – The support is AMAZING, they are there to help and are practically on 24/7. Every question or issue has been handled with the utmost professionalism and courteousness.

Features – the control panel is a very user friendly tool – even for us “non” computer experts.

Your servers are a beacon of hope in an otherwise bleak and miserable sea of absolute garbage. We’ve gone through a couple other servers, one of them kept disconnecting (and the service was terrible, tried talking to them to figure it out and it was considered “good” if they got back to you inside a the week.), the other server service canceled my subscription even with my payments up to date (I really didn’t want to argue with them, too fed up with egotistical morons.)

After all that, I decided to try it one more time. Lo-and-Behold I found “minecraftserver.net”, lucky number 3 (I guess). Registered and paid for the Wood Plan, and was surprised to see how easy it was to set up, the control panel was very intuitive and the admins are more than happy to help out with any issues I had. It felt like a friend trying to help me out, and not just someone who couldn’t be bothered.

Thanks a bunch, now I can play the game hassle free.
