Hi, I just purchased a server from this host. Took about 20 minutes to receive the server. Honestly I thought this was a good host, its not. First, I purchased the server, but now I have to pay again, even though I just bought it. It spouse to have 1GB of RAM dedicated to it, it doesn’t. I live in California and it lags every minute or so. The problem is not my internet. The website panel is terrible, but it works. The website has no support, but skype. I reccomend you to look for another host, I have used BeastNode, MinecraftLayers, and HostLadder. HostLadder being the worst.

Their Support Is Instant And Friendly And They Helped Me Out With A lot Of Queries.
Not 1 Second Of Lag On The Server And Really Simple To Put Your Own Map On The Server If You Want.
LadderPanel (An Online Software That Comes With Every Package) Is Very Useful And EXTREMELY Easy To Use.
They Also In Seconds Provided Me With A Free MySql Database And Showed The Basic Way To Implement It Into Your Plugins.

I’ve used HostLadder for about 8 months and I must say, I am a pretty satisfied customer. They have great servers at a great price, and their support is also very fast and very helpful. The only time my server has been down in that time was due to me messing something up rather than a fault with HostLadder, and yet the customer service was willing to help me try and solve the problem anyway. They have been very flexible with providing me what I need hardware- and software-wise while still staying within my budget. I definitely recommend HostLadder. Whether you are a veteran or a newbie at running a Minecraft server, HostLadder won’t disappoint.

The only reason I had to move is because I had especially high CPU requirements and wanted a host that was slightly closer to where I live. I just hope my next host will live up to the high standards set by HostLadder.

My experince with hostladder is good. They offer great suppport and they respond fast to request. There always accepting changes and suggestions. There Servers are fast. But like all servers there is the lag but it dosent last long. There features work fine. There servers are 24/7 and there prices just beat the others by a mile Good hosting for a cheap price

This Host is a really great host and I haven’t had anything go wrong since the start. I started a server with these guys about 8 months ago and have loved it ever since. I had tried some old hosts before and they all were unresponsive, slow, and too expensive. Hostladder is the opposite. They reply within half an hour most times, the servers are very fast, and they are a really great deal. If you are planning on starting a server with a fast, cheap, nice host, choose HostLadder. Every problem I have had, these people have fixed. I even asked for MoCreatures on the server, and he did it! I really enjoy this host and recommend it to everyone.
