Our service with Fragnet has been abysmal. How they have so many positive reviews here is completely beyond my ability to comprehend.

The first month was ok… despite some annoying hickups. But the last two weeks in particular have been utter hell. And fragnet denys any responsibility and refuses to do anything about it… even though I can, and HAVE, proved in three different ways that the problem is with them.

We have two servers… a testing server on a vps with 512 ram… and our fragnet server with 1gig… the configuration and plugins for both servers is completely identical at the moment. As I speak… with only 2 players on the fragnet hosted server… the game is unplayable. I’m showing about 600 megs of memory used and 20 ticks per second… yet the lag is so bad that, when players can stay even connected, they cant place blocks, open doors, or anything else really.

Meanwhile the vps with half the memory is able to handle at least 4 players with no problems at all. This is just one of the proofs that the issue is with them and not our plugins or configuration.

I’ve tried repeatedly to get help with this issue with fragnet but they continue to insist the problem is with our plugins and will not consider any other possibility. They have also demonstrated a lack of knowledge regarding common plugins available to bukkit servers… incorrectly repeating FUD regarding NoLagg and NoCheat.

Oh did I mention how they cut off our service the day our bill was due even though we had paid the night before? Their excuse? The payment hadn’t cleared yet. Not only did we not get a grace period by they turned out the lights on us because of issues on their end… and then thought that was a valid excuse.

Or how about how we DON’T have unlimited space… and are infact restricted… because other users on this not-at-all dedicated box couldn’t configure their servers correctly and ended up eating up all the hard drive space… that’s right… another user screws up… and we get limited.

And yes they offer McMyAdmin… but the also cripple the most useful features. Not to mention making it nearly impossible to make an offsite backup without a lot of work.

The only possitive thing i can say is they aren’t outrageously expensive… but that VPS i mentioned that runs our server twice as well as their server do with half the memory? Well… for the same amount I pay fragnet I can get double the dedicated ram (quadruple including burstable) and not have any of the handicaps they inflict on their users. So no… their price isn’t really reasonable ether.

DO NOT under any circumstances use fragnet.

Fragnet seemed an obvious choice for me as it was one of the top minecraft servers be definition and the best one that had servers in Europe. A bit more expensive than other servers, but comes with a bundle of features: Teamspeak/Mumble, McMyAdmin and the reason I’m writing this review, a great support!

I have been a member of Fragnet for a while now, I changed from another well known company and never looked back, you have complete freedome in what you do on the server and have the best support ive seen from any company, very good prices for the service you get, only had 1 downtime that was due to a major issue in a server machine but it was fixed very very fast, I have members from all over the world, my hosting is in Amsterdam and people from USA, Brazil and Australia say they never lagg at all, it truely is the best out there.

I have had my server hosted by Fragnet for quite a long time. There are several things that I really like about fragnet. The main thing is that the support is outstanding. If you submit a support ticket with a problem, it will most likely be answered within an hour or less. This is great, especially if it is urgent. Another thing is that you can open live support, where the helpers are extremely kind. Minecraft server files are often very complex, so when a small mistake happens in one place, and ruins the whole server, it can be extremely hard to find out where the problem is. This has happened several times, and when I ask fragnet for support, they go straight into my files and fix it for me. This is great!

I have been using fragnet for a few weeks now and whenever i have had a problem they have either told me how to fix it or fixed it for me, I have used a few other server providers and they have nothing on these guys.

General:
The service offerd by fragnet is outstanding to say the least.
I’ve been a customer with a couple of server hosting companies; i3d, GameServers, Branzone and another one I can’t remember but fragnet takes the seat as king of them all!

Setup:
Their setup of the servers are instant, not unlike other companies but in my experience it’s a bit faster than the compedators.

The control panel:
Their control panel is very simple and neat but still offers a great amount of functionality such as basic start/stop/restart/reset aswell as an ftp interface, server logs, performance data and customized mod installer for bukkit and McMyAdmin

Network:
The network is very stable and I always have a great connection and low latency without spikes or lags.

Support:
SIMPLY THE BEST!
Response is often recevied within 5 minutes and most problems are often resolved with the first or second ticket.

Pricing:
Not the lowest but for the performance, stability and the wonderful support I would be fine with a higher price so, KUDOS!

I have had a few things i needed to sort out such as plugins and permission but everytime i submitted a ticket, they replied withing an hour or two!!!!
THe features are great but it would be useful to have an easier way to install plugins not in thier list but overall awesome.
Had no problems with lag or anything except due to my own mistakes, and have have alomost the max amount of players online and it was fine

Fragnet is a great minecraft server host. i recently switched to it and love it. with easy FTP that alows easy mangamnet of the plugins and great uptime. i have never experienced any lag on my server. Free teamspeak and mymcadmin is a great addition to the package. i higly recommend its use.

My friends and I acquired a 512mb Fragnet server hosted in Frankfurt just a month ago and we have not stopped playing! There is no lag, no problems or bugs. Perfect bukkit compatibility included any type of plugin. An incredibly easy to use interface too. 10/10

I’ve tried out a few different providers and have now found the right one. Fragnet has great prices and allows me to customize my server as I see fit with little to no lag.

Weekends though I’ve found that there is more use of the server and as such, the server does lag a little more, but it is somewhat bearable. Their management portal is nice, but is rather slow overall.

I would like to say, amazing service, the quality of the servers are incredible, the prices are VERY affordable and the support (when needed) is the best out there. The staff are very friendly and experienced and can solve your issue in a matter of minutes.

Im a happy customer and i have been so for the 4 months of time i have had a server with fragnet. 90% of the time everything is working fine, its quite cheap and easy to use. If you have problems the support will help you within 24hours.

I have been renting a server from Fragnet since early August, so far i haven’t had any problems.

~Server:
the McMyAdmin interface is clean and easy to use, FTP access is lightning fast, and so far the server hardware was not a bottleneck with 24/24 players online for a 3 hour period with 2GB’s of RAM.
Any lag spikes we did have was to be blamed on the new Exp orb drops (fixed by using plugins), or unstable bukkit builds.

~Support:
I have never required customer support, i managed to clean up all my mistakes i made at first myself.
If the live-chat feature means anything, it seems they are able to be contacted 22 hours per day, they seem to be fueled on nothing but coffee and energydrinks!

I’ve been with Fragnet for about maybe 2 months, I started with half a gig for RAM and it ran perfectly although we wanted to get more people in so i upgraded to 1GB without any hassle! The server I am on is fast and very responsive and the support is hands down the best I’ve ever received from a GSP.

I really like their control panel setup and they really put you in control of whats going on.

I’m running a Minecraft(Beta) server with them right now and I really like all the options they have available. Having MCMyAdmin with access to all the plugins I need to really make the server fun and customizable. They also run Dynmap2 so you have an awesome real time map available which is something other hosts I’ve looked at did not offer.

I personally bought into the Fragnet Minecraft servers after purchasing a package from Servercraft.

I was very unimpressed with Servercraft. Total lag. We would approach a mob and die because of server lag.

Even something as simple as knocking down a stack of sand would take ages, and much lag.

While I was still with Servercraft, I bought into Fragnet. I just wanted to see the difference.

OMG, WTF… Fragnet is almost instant! Attack a mob, bring down a 30 block high stack of sand… No serious lag at all.

Fragnet is almost as fast as single player!

I’m not kidding. I canceled my sub with Servercraft two days after finding Fragnet.

Yea, the price is a bit above some of the other hosting services, but I have nothing but good things to say about their customer support and willingness to make sure that I have my server set-up correctly.

Really, Fragnet servers get a 10/10 and a total thumbs up in my opinion.

Im having a 1 GB RAM Minecraft server and i’m really happy with it i also have been at 2 GB RAM but i didn’t need that for now.

The server has a 99.99% uptime and Is really easy configurable, i would recommend it to annyone !! , ofcourse you need to know how bukkit works or how Canary works.

The support ticket system is really good and they can help you within 1 hour if it isn’t earlier !, the live support is even better but that’s not for all the kinds of support.

The price mmmmmh it’s not that low , but they have a great quality next to that , a good uptime and an great support system!

I have had a great experience with Fragnet! I purchased a 1GB server just about a month ago and it has been running amazingly the whole time! It has been up 24/7 the whole time and it is always completely lag free! My community and I all love the server! Support tickets are always answered fast and they are always polite!

Fragnet was the first host I chose and I couldn’t be happier! The service is brilliant and they are always improving it. The tools they provide you with as part of the package do the job perfectly. The Absolute essential thing i was looking for when choosing a host was no lag and no downtime. This was a hard decision with every provider falsely claiming “zero lag”. I was drawn to FragNet due to SUCH cheap prices. But this made me skeptical of the quality of service. Well. I can gladly say i have had NOT ONE complaint of lag, and i’ve been with them for 2 months.

I bought hosting from FragNet about 2 months ago, and everything is perfect. (Almost). Our server was set-up and live within about an hour. They have a whole list of self-installing plugins from a drop-down menu, which was very helpful. The support staff is very intellectual and friendly. I’ve had about 4 support tickets with them (all no fault of theirs) and i get a well-written and helpful response within about 10 minutes.

The only issue i’ve had with them is last week my server suffered a DDOS attack. My IP address was Nulled for around 36 hours, before i asked for my IP address to be changed. All the staff was very busy acting upon the attack, and kept in contact regularly with updates as to what was happening. They also informed us that they we’re investing in new technologies to prevent malicious attacks.

Apart from this single event, EVERYTHING is great and i would recommend everybody to try them to see for themselves!

Im having a 15 slot server from this company and i would recommend it.

The server never lags and the control pabel is easy to use and to understand.
Updates are available very fast and we have almost no downtime.

The TS3 server I got from them is also very good.

We all are very satisfied with this host.

For a little more than the previous host, we get some serious admin-tools, TS3 ad a reliable support.

Server:
We bought a 1G (12-24 slots) plus the 10 slot TS3, and it is just awesome. Lag-free, full control on everything. It’s clear that Fragnet really cares about the quality of their services.

Two thumbs up for me.

I’ve been with Fragnet since my last (dodgy) host went under in late July. Server performance has been an absolute dream. No downtime, no lag spikes, just a rock solid connection.

I have a 1GB plan it’s been more than enough to run a whole boatload of bukkit plugins. I have to stop myself from adding more because the server almost seems bulletproof. They offer a Group Pay feature which makes handling payments much easier than other hosts I’ve been with. The server control panels are also both powerful and easy to use.

The only area I can’t comment on is service because I’ve never had any issues that needed fixing, but take that as a great sign in itself!

In my opinion very affordable. I have tried other cheaper hosts previously, but getting constant lag and pretty much no support is not affordable. I don’t mind paying a bit extra to get what I am told to get when signing up.

Features:
McMyAdmin and TCAdmin, MySQL, Teamspeak3 and default port included. What else is there to ask for?
TCAdmin along with McMyAdmin is all I need to control the servers just as I was running them on my own computer.
I also have fast download feature for my TF2 server which is really nice.

I started to hire my minecraft server from fragnet in June, and have never been more happy about a serverhost.

They have a great support, amazing minecraft control panel and of course the FTP support is very important as it makes it much easier to add plugins etc.

I have never had a single minute of downtime, the only time my server is down is when I shut it down for some config/add plugin maintenance. To this date my server uptime on Minestatus is 99.87% which in fact is very very good.

Their website is also nice especially since they launched their new one some time ago. The only thing I can complain a little about is price, I think it’s a bit to expensive to get more than 2gb of RAM. But the price up to 2gb is very good in my opinion.

Server is the best ive seen ever.
Setup within 5 minutes.
Support tickets responded within 10 minutes!
And uptime is almost EVERYTIME!
Never down unless adding plugins. which is easy to do.

Hello, i bought my server a few months ago, me and some friends bought minecraft, without the privallege of gaming computers, so we couldn’t not play online. We soon found out (Being new to PC gaming) that we could pay by month for someone to host us a server, i started looking at server hosts and relised many would take a week to set up, and cost much more than i expected, that was until i found Fragnet, i soon relised i could by a server to hold 24 people, with instant setup and mcmyadmin support. I read around and couldn’t find much on there minecraft servers, and i have never looked back, i switched servers a few times and have ALWAYS come back to Fragnet, they are extremely fast on setup, it will take -1 minute to set it up, and you’ll have such a speedy response from the customer service, who will do everything in their power to help you, Fragnet offer a cheap, reliable 24/7 Minecraft server hosting experience and i would definatley reccomend this site to ANYONE, If they’re new, had a few servers or have been through hundreds of server hosting companies.

I personally have never had any trouble with these guys at Fragnet, i had one small billing issue, where i had accidently paid for 2 servers, but this was very quickly cleaned up by customer support and i received my money back

I just purchased Fragnet hosting for my minecraft server, I am very pleased with the support and the features it includes in the control panel. It is quite fun to play my servers with out lag now. Although the price isn’t the best, it is by far the best. The uptime is great too, It has not been down once that I have not caused. If my server was down it was my fault. This is definitely the best server host I’ve found yet. They were very cheaply priced and the interfaces are very user friendly. I especially like how the new server location is in the states (much closer to home) which reduces latency by far.

While price is what initially drew me to Fragnet, the customer service has kept me here. I like to change out mods and file quite frequently and occasionally unsuccessfully. If I break the server, they always have a solution or the problem solved within an hour, often quicker.

Fragnet.net is the first and only hosting Company I’ve been with and so far I can say there hasn’t been any reason at all to consider switching hosting companies.

I have a Game Server with Fragnet, a Minecraft one (obviously) 1GB of dedicated RAM for £17.39/month which I personally think is a bargain already but it gets [b]better[/b].

Along with the incredibly cheap hosting service, they provide an incomparable customer service experience.
Being new to having my own Minecraft server I’ve obviously had problems setting the whole thing up but whenever some broke or I couldn’t get something to work, a quick ticket or live help with fragnet and the problem is sorted within a few hours. They help you trouble shoot, fix, setup, install and maintain your minecraft server just by a simple request.

I had a spot of bad luck when I first joined Fragnet, the server we were on got hit heavily for 12 almost 12 hours straight by DDOS attacks and whilst being swamped by support tickets and trying to get things sorted out and fixed Fragnet kept me up to date with everything that was going on and even moved my server to another server in Cheltenham which wasn’t being attacked. All of this was done in a timely manner as well, I never felt like I was being left in the dark.

A long with outstanding customer service there’s also the staff behind that service, they are very friendly and helpful, and for me I can relax when talking to them about and troubles with my server as I always feel like a valued customer.

Overall Fragnet.net is a brilliant hosting company with excellent customer service and they can definitely come and hang out on our Minecraft server whenever they get time

I have been with fragnet for a total of 2 months now. Running a Survival/pvp server with 2 gb ram. I have not come across a site that is cheaper then fragnet yet. But the most important thing: Stability and helpful support.
I usualy get help in the matters of minutes, day night, weekend or holiday. Their operators know how to run a server and have so far helped me with setting up a Mysql server, plugin errors. Its easy to run my server cause i use Mcmyadmin. They have many “pre isntalled” plugins, i can just click a button and my server automaticly get the correct plugins installed.

I COULD, talk about how helpfull the staff on Fragnet is, and how quick the server gets set up and all that, but since most of Fragnets clients allready have covered that part, I will instead try to convince you, why Fragnet is not the cheapest provider, and why you should still pick them.

When you make a Minecraftserver, you start of, low on players and low on plugins which consumes memory. As your server grow with more players, you want more plugins installed…
Bukkit to install the plugins on. Then you install Essentials to administrate the server more efficiently. Oh! Ofcours you want Dynmap, I mean, ofcourse you must show off your beutifull world as a nice map online, but then again, you wouldn’t want anyone to grief on the server, would you? So you install some fancy logging system, to make sure that everything gets logged.

As your server grow, you want to offer plots for the players, a plot where they can build their house/creation. A plot where only they can build, where all their stuff is protected, but for this you need world guard!
But don’t forget a steady Database, otherwhise you won’t be able to even use 25% of the plugins you install!

Woooops!
All of a sudden, your server is packed with plugins.

When you ask yourself, why should I pay MORE for a minecraft-server, when I can rent a cheaper one.
Simply because of THIS. If you REALLY want a server that you can fill up with all those plugins without watching the server start to crumble and the ping going through the roof as your players are all crying about the lag.

I’ve been with Fragnet for a little under a month, but I’m pleased so far. I haven’t had any really complicated support issues, but most of the tickets I’ve submitted have been answered pretty quickly (one took a while to research). I should also point out that all but one of these tickets pertained to my ignorance and not a problem with the service itself (the last one either resolved itself or was fixed within minutes).

I have occasional (bordering on rare) lag, but I wouldn’t say it’s any more frequent than the average SMP server, including any of the ones I’ve tried that boast of zero lag. The web-based file manager seems a bit sluggish, but I mostly use FTP for my file management, so no harm there.

Fragnet are my first server host that ive been with and while i had a hard time wit some plugins fragnet helped me out there support is very fast you normally get a repley with 2-4 hours

There prices are amazing for what you get i paid for 1gb which is £17 and i get mcmyadmin MYsql database and a whole bunch of other stuff

Dont think i will be changing server host any time soon unless fragnet change there prices

I’ve been using fragnet for over a few months now and it’s really usefull.
At first I thought the price would be a bit high but if u see what it includes, you just know it’s a good price.

The best things about it are
McMyAdmin, I check the server status from anywhere I like, together with the forums I can support my server completly with out needing the game on the pc I use.
The slots, Currently I’ve bought 1GB ram or 20 slots. But my server is growing fast and I’m over 20 a lot. Still I haven’t gotten any lag so far. They make sure u’ve got some reserve.
The response time, when ever I’m in trouble I just ask fragnet. They help u sooner then u restarted ur explorer.

Cause of it my server has a 98% uptime with a few times a month that I get it down for maintance on the server.
I can trust new admins to the mcmyadmin controls cause I can also make subaccounts on fragnet. This way I still keep the most power.

Once you’ve had fragnet, u wont wanna have other providers. I don’t think the server ever lagged.

I have used FragNET for a little over two months now and there are no complaints. Its is incredibly easy to use and makes running your Minecraft server a breeze. I can do anything from their site. Usually I have to hassle with installing plugins, but not with FragNET. With them installing plugins is so easy, and I can delete them hassle free! TThis site also have Bukkit and access to McMyAdmin! What else could you possibly need? How about your server also having no lag and no downtime. The prices are good too! Hey and what if your a total noob to running a server? Well then FragNET has a excellent support team that will ansewer quickly and actually help you out! I switched to FragNET from another large server host a few weeks ago, and everything about the server has been suberb.
Having a file manager and the possibility to upload by FTP is definetely one the reasons i went with FragNET, but having Bukkit, mod support and access to McMyAdmin makes this host really great. The support team also answers quickly and skillfully to the support tickets.
The group pay feature is also a really nice feature as we are a bunch of friends wishing to have our own minecraft server.
None of us have had problem with lag or downtime on this server, which was a big problem with our old server host.
The prices may be slightly higher than other hosts, but the team at FragNET and the features makes the price well worth it!

I have been with this host for 2-3 months they offer a great uptime and support. If you have anny problems you can enter the live chat or submit a support ticket and you will get helped in about 30 minutes, it’s really easy to configure and verry user friendly. The prices are reasonable if you want to start your own small community, when it becomes bigger it gets harder, but you will be sure that they give you great support, give you many features , Dynmap’s or help you configuring annything in the McMyAdmin panel if you run your minecraft server with that.
It’s really easy and I really recommend fragnet because they offer great services.

Fragnet have been absolutely great since we signed up with them. In terms of the server’s performance – we’ve had up to 8 people online at once and the server has performed admirably.

Our guild rents a MineCraft server from Fragnet and we are very satisfied with their solution. The uptime has been great, serviceticket has a fairly fast response time, and with the latest update of the CP gui, its very easy to navigate the diffrent settings of MineCraft (and the Teamspeak server).
The live support service could have a better onlinetime (24/7 would be great ) but when I have used it they have been most helpful.

The price might not be the lowest in the european market but its a very good host. You get what you pay for.

I am currently renting a 1GB minecraft server hosted by fragnet. Its really hard to belive but I’ve never expected such an awesome working server when renting the 512MB version first a few months ago.

I couldnt belive how simple the server setup was, no more editing bat scripts trying to unlock ports or dealing with connection issues. I was able to setup my server with all properties within 5minutes before having a fully functioning bukkit minecraft server. A month ago I even decided to upgrade my server to 1GB since I’ve had such an increase in users playing on the server and Im probably going to upgrade again quite soon.

As for the support I can tell that I had two tickets so far concerning some billing issues that were solved within few hours, couldnt be better.

If you plan on running bukkit on your server then you will be very pleased with the ftp upload possibilities since you can easily access all files of your server within seconds and upload new mods instantly. So far I am running a total of 19 mods without any compatibility issues.

When brohoster went down I was shocked and server-less, But after looking around I found Fragnet. They were so easy to use and I had a server back up in no time what-so-ever, me and my friends were ever so pleased with the speed at which it ran. We once had a problem with how to use the Mcmyadmin console, but the support part of the website was so easy to use, meaning we were able to use it efficiently.

If you Are buying a minecraft server i highly recommend Fragnet.net. Ive had a server with them for 2 months now. (48 slots) 2gb RAM if i remember correct. Got multiple plugins running perfectly on the server, 0 downtime, no lagg and great support. If i hear someone thats buying a minecraft server i always recommend Fragnet. They Are just great.

So far my experience after around 1 week with Fragnet has been brilliant. I have had some issues with my server going down but support ticket was answered extremely fast (within 2 hours on a late evening) and the support folks have been doing a great job.

FragNet is a great server host, I have tried no others, but they’re working greatly for me. Support is really fast, and they get the problem solved quickly if you make a proper error report. Though, for me the File Manager control panel is a bit slow for me, and sometimes fails upon uploads. Luckily, they also have FTP so I use FileZilla to upload my plugins and such.

My server is lag free, I never had a critical problem with it. The servers are really cheap and good, they’re the cheapest I found on the net, after searching for a while.

FragNET minecraft service hosting was my first hosting service for my minecraft server. Until now there are no problems and the support is excellent. No lag just fun! The price is one of the lowest out there for what they provide. Features are unlimited because they provide you with so much. Plugins, managers even ur own uploads! When I wanted to ask a question of any kind, a very kind manager was there to answer my questions and give me all the info I needed, even more. Checking their forums, anyone will see that they have posts for perfomance, plugins even contests.Very nice forums and people there. Fragnet offers an awesome amount of mods to install and it’s easy to do so, as always you can install others that are not there with the file browser, they offer an amazing support so you’re never left in the dark with the server. What can I say.. I had to choose a minecraft server and the only server that i liked was those from Fragnet. They have all things for you preinstalled and you can easely put it on and off. It’s also possible to get your world back if your server expired. The server is setup in a few seconds. That’s why i Choose Fragnet. The server runs smooth. Never had any trouble.

My Fragnet server was supposed to be a temporary buy while I rebuilt my own server box, but after a few days with it, it was clearly worth the ~£10/mo for the support/features and performance.

I wasn’t sure what to expect from a rented minecraft server as it was my first time, but I was very happy to get FTP space, plenty of mods and plugins, easy to use backups and other such stuff.

No idea how it compares to similar products from other companys, but unless the quality of this one deteriorates, I’ll probably never find out!

Fragnet is amazing! They have helped us an amazing amount with plugin support and getting the server up as soon as they humanly possible. We were currently with a different server and disliking the service greatly because of some issues with their plugin guys not doing what we asked. We did not know until Fragnet came along that it was a blessing in disguise! Now we are able to get as much plugin support as need, the MyMcAdmin is very user friendly, and the staff is always helping as much as possible.

I have been using fragnet for about 6 months now and i am still not 100% happy. There have been alot of problems with my server. Maybe i was unlucky that got that specific server.

Server/network:
My server has been down a lot. Either it has crashed for no reason or the a part of the server, like the power supply has died. The server has also been down because of some network problems they have had. They have also moved the server to another location that should have taken a couple of hours, took one and a half day. But if you don’t look at the problems the sever is stable with no lag.

Control panel:
The control panel is to “big”. There are to many buttons to get to the file manager for the server. And the file manager is sometimes slow.

Support:
The support is great. Sometimes they are slow to answer, but they get to you always. And the live chat is great, but they are not often open. Daniel is the one and only I have been talking to on mail and live chat, he’s the best support I’ve gotten in months.

Pricing:
The pricing is the best I’ve seen on the internet. And you get great support and great quality.

I am using the Minecraft game as a relaxing feature along with some friends. This is a great place to rent a server. No problems, quick support with a great attitude. Even for me that have no clue how computers or servers work its simple to get a grip. The admin tools are just great and easy to manage.

Even with the two simple errors I had with the server (caused by me), support helped me out in a great way.

The price is a bit high, but considering what you get in personal support and help. I think its valid for persons as myself that are new to administration. Sadly I have no idea to use all things that are available in admin function. But the game is working and I can do basic stuff. I am quite happy with that. The information I needed was easy found on pages and control panels.

Since the servers are located close to home there is no lag or difficulties in access. Not a minute downtime so far.

I will prolong the period when my first 6 months is up.

I’ve been using FragNet for about 3 months now, and I’m overall quite happy with the service.

My server has never had any issues with lag, player drops or other unstability. After a new release of Bukkit it usually is offered as an install option after a few hours, and if that isn’t fast enough you can always install the new version yourself, by FTP.

Sometimes I can feel that the website is a bit confusing, but it’s better now after the release of the new site.

The ticket system is OK. It takes about 1-2 hours to get an answer (sometimes more), but sometimes the issue isn’t solved with the first answer.

I have never used such an exceptional hosting provider in my life. Fragnet offer great packages with understandable and reasonable prices, with little room for complaint.

Their uptime is also good, in the four months I have had hosting with Fragnet, my server has gone down once – and it was backup in minutes (due to a power failure at the server).

Pricing? Will, some may say it’s expensive, but free FTP access and McMyAdmin, isn’t found on a lot of hosts.

The hosting has a lot of functionality. I run a server with 36 slots and quite a lot of plugins, and there’s no lag, even when it’s full!

I have been with this host for more than a month now and I am still amazed by the quality of my server and their support. I have players from both Europe and US and we are all very pleased with the performance of our server.

Server/network:
We have not had a single minute of downtime and constantly steady game play. Their network seems very solid and not any of my users experience any slowness or lag, regardless of distance.
Control panel:
The control panel is super, even though I am missing one or two features. It really allows me to control most aspects of my server. Hopefully we might see additional features at a later stage?
Support:
Outstanding! The ticket response time is really fast, most often less than ten minutes. The longest time I had to wait was roughly an hour a few weeks ago. So far I have been in contact with Daniel and Dimitri and they are really skilled and helpful.
Pricing:
Ok! Slightly higher than some other hosts, but definately worth it! The awesome uptime and fast support is well worth an extra EURO or two in my opinion.
