Amazing, Envious host are the best! Even though i have only been with them for 1 day i have opened two tickets which i had a reply to in ten mins, my server was set up in under 2m and there is no lag what so ever! Deffo 5* for everything, keep up the good work!

Support – 4 ) They have a live chat and from what I have heard it is good. My server has never had problems though so I’ve never used it

Features – 5 ) Uses the most reliable control panel, Multicraft. Gives you full FTP access and you can select many mods including Bukkit, Canary, BuildCraft, and Tekkit.

Performance – 5) No lag whatsoever, in the UK and Asia. Restart takes 5-10 seconds and ping is amazing. 2,000 block WorldEdit commands don’t give me any lag

Price – 5) Only paid 40 pounds for 6 months. 8 pounds a month is the best rate I have seen for a 1`GB server.

Website – 5) Well-designed, includes live support chat and FAQ

Uptime – 5) Has not been down for 4 months

I’ve been using envious for 2 months now. All I can say is:

*Really good support that almost 100% solves your problem
*In 2 months I only had like 2-3 hours of lag.Great performance!
*I don’t really use most of it’s features cause I think that plugins do the same thing better.But it still has nice features.
*No words about the price…

I’m really pleased with envioushost!

I had an issue with the server spamming /list without a scheduled task and when I contacted support they told me it was a plugin. After re-reviewing my plugins I came to the conclusion that it was not my plugins, and that it was actually the panel. So i contacted them again with my conclusion and they said they could not change that. Having used servers with the same panel before hosted by another company I knew this was not the case. I contacted the company that develops the panel and they told me exactly how to fix the panel. I relayed the message to envious, and they solved the problem(temporarily). The problem has now returned. In addition to this the server spams the message to my logging plugin which makes it a pain to search through chat logs when every other message is a list of all the players online at the time. When I asked them if they could do anything about this slightly different problem they said no. Again, having used several other hosts I know this to be a configuration problem on their end. If I could access the files to change this I would, but I cant. They also do not offer SHH access which is essential for most server admins who run bukkit. Now my server says it cant start because there is not enough hard drive space. My world, plugins, and backups consist of an approximate amount of 2gb of hard drive space. Due to the specificity of my problem I have no doubt they will easily identify what customer I am, but I hope it has no impact on our remaining time with the server host. Also the client site is down as of writing this so not only is my server down, I cant properly submit a service ticket. If you want hosting that is reliable, managed by gamers, gives you full SHH, FTP, unlimited hard drive space, answers your service tickets promptly, and has a website that always works, go to upstream gaming. I have used them in the past and out of all 5 hosts I have tried they are the best. As long as you run a vanilla server you should be fine with Envious. Otherwise try a place that knows what a server admin needs. Now im off to the other server review sites. Thanks Envious.

I have to say, I recommend Envious Host.
I got a 1GB server for 13$, a bit cheaper then some other hosts out there. It turns on and off when I want it to, and barely lags (with the exception of worldediting or a bunch of TNT). However, it takes some time to reach their support. The least it took for me was 30 minutes. Sometimes an hour or two. But no more than 3 hours at max.

Again, I recommend Envious Host.

The best hosting service I have found so far. I have a 1GB RAM(coal) server with them and i can have 15 people on at once with 4 worlds and over 20 plugins and NO LAG AT ALL. There staff are amazing and you usually get support within 10 minutes. I ordered my server late Sunday night as was amazed when it was set up within an hour.(the other two services I had tried I had to wait for over 2 days for my server to get set up.) All in all this is the best host i have found and would totally recommend it to anyone. I really wish they did voice server hosting though.

Envioushost is pretty nice minecraft hosting. They have got awesome prices. I was looking for small cheap server for 3 people. We have been looking really long time and then we found this hosting. We’ve been avare of the price. It was too cheap. But we took the risk and ordered one server. Our server started immidiately. We all joined and we had no lag.

Also I had a question about server so I contacted support and answer came in 5 minutes which is awesome.

The only problem here is that their website is not 100%ly done but I dont care about that much.

I can recommend Envious Host for anyone who is looking for cheap strong server.

Features) 4 – They have features like full FTP access (which most hosts don’t give you). They use the industry-standard Multicraft panel and they are not missing any features, but I would like to see a “Live support chat”.

Performance) 5! Lag-free! My server is located in Europe and I am getting ping times of less that 100ms. Even my friends in Asia are gett ing sub-400 ping times. Overall stellar performance, most lag-free server I have ever been on.

Price) 5- Very cheap for the kind of performance they offer, for just £1 a month you can get an SSD and their prices are very competitive.

Website) 3 – Layout is good but I want to see a live support chat and an FAQ.

UPtime) 5 Has not been down for 2 days

i have used 2 other server hosts before envious host, those are hostedgameservers and minecraftlayer and i have quite LITERALLY looked at OVER 15 other hosts and out of all of them envious host is the best! envious host has amazing support, no lag unless i am reloading the sever. it uses the multicraft control panel which is awesome. you can edit all the server files online without a FTP if you want to and most importantly this server host is the cheapest host i have ever found out of the over 15v i have looked at. i have a 2GB 32 slot server for 15 dollars a month and even less with their many promo codes.i have had 100% uptime unless i stopped the server manually. the features are amazing and the website is awesome.there is a button you can click that brings up you server banner that says if it is online how many people are on it and i think the uptime percent too. i highly recconmend this host i will never go back to any other i have looked for several months for the best one out there and i finaly found it. and its so easy to use! i am only 14 years old and i fully understand it i would reccomend to my 10 year old sister its not over complex but still has great features. buy a server with envious host now. today its amazing.

After a few months of considering purchasing a Minecraft Server, (also after going through many websites to get a price I was happy with) I decided I was going to look further into a few certain websites that I came across and possibly make my purchase with them.

I was pretty set with this one host until by accident I stumbled across the Minecraft Forum thread for Envious Host and decided to read further.
Having never purchased one before I was a little skeptical about how these sites work, how reliable and if they were even legitimate to begin with.

To my amazement I was able to afford the gold package £15 a Month for 2GB of ram and a 32 player slot, which was more than I got quoted at any other host I looked at – also affordable at just 15 GBP per month (25% recurring discount made this to around £12.60 which was even better!)

I decided to go to the live help and asked a few basic obvious questions, as I’ve never done anything like this before and I was helped tremendously well, to the point I actually purchased the server and was even helped setting it up, got my friend to have his own access to the server from his account, and even a free subdomain! All in the space of an hour I went from browsing server hosts to having a functional running with no lag server. Straight away I had an email with my server information, it was already running and ready for me which was astonishing!

I am so pleased I went with Envious Host, I encourage anybody who is a little skeptical about purchasing a server to go with these guys! It’s affordable, and the quality is beyond perfect.
It’s easy to navigate around the control panel, everything is there and understandable, it’s honestly great and the server runs brilliantly with no problems whatsoever.

The other great thing is that theres plugins already on there which you can install into your bukkit server e.g. essentials and group manager which was an added bonus to find when I was naturally looking around everywhere seeing what was what.

I have tried many different Minecraft hosting companies.
to say a few: Multiplay, Brohost, DaddyChese hosting, Beastnode and a few others.
None of them have been as great, as this company.

The server and support quality is simply amassing.
I have the Gold deal, with 32 players and 2 GB of ram.
I was going for the SSD version, but because they were out of stock i got this one instead.
But i must say, the quality of the server is so good that a SSD isn’t needed.
I never have any lag, and everything is always running perfect.
I got shocked when they introduced live support. Their support before were so fast, that the problem were fixed within minutes.
Now it’s even faster. Amazing!

Im running with Envious for 1 month now. They offer such a great service i didn’t get anywhere before!
I tested many server providers before but finally i found one where i can stay, however im running minecraftservers since one year now, tested around 7 diffrent hosters but either i’ve got a quality server with crappy support or a quality support with crappy servers, in some cases i also got crappy servers and crappy support.

Some hosters charge you for support or extra services like hosting your databases, not Envious!

I decided to try out EnviousHost since I know the owner, I was skeptical at first because of the extremely low prices compared to other Minecraft hosts. But since I knew the owner I gave it a shot, my account got activated instantly on payment (win!), Got the email with my login details, uploaded map and plugins since then its been plain sailing, easy management, fast servers, no lag. + FTP upload (win!) envious hosting is bad they corrupt all your files limit your cpu tp 5% for no reason and when you have had enough and ask for a refund they just blank you and dont reply

I would recommend Envious Hosting.
I purchased the silver MC package, which can hold 12 players.
We have not experienced any latency issues with the server in any way, and our ticket was resolved nearly instantly.

Really easy to set up – uptime is great.

Envious Host is grate brought a dedi had a little prob got switch over to there main server grate service no lag can hold 25 players with 20 plugin’s.Support very good get a reply with in 5-10mins some times if to late at night its the very next day.i would recommend Envious Host.
